Double Light as one of the leaders in LED Components, do some products’ research, here shares you the difference between White SMD 3528, 3014 and 2835.
According to the following sheet, we can know white surface-mount device 2835 LED is more advantage.
1.2835 SMD Lamp bead has a unique vertical heat dissipation, with a heat sink at the bottom, and directly let the heat gone via it. Compared with 3014 SMD LED, the heat dissipation of LED 3528 is faster and more effective.
2.The luminous area is about 9.18 mm2 , 2835 SMD LED utilize overall lighting scheme to make the luminous efficiency higher. The area is about twice of 3528 SMD lamp bead, and about 2.5 times of 3014 SMD LED.
3.High brightness, up to 22lm, the brightness of 2835 SMD LED is about 2.8 times of size 3528 and 1.8 times of 3014 SMD LED diodes.
4.The thickness of SMD 2835 is only one half of 3528 White LED, and the viewing angle is 120 degrees. In the finished product application, the light spot is more uniform and the illumination is wider.
5.The 2835 light emitting diodes upgrade a new light source currently, and size 2835 LED is used in a more wide application. Overcome the shortcomings small side illumination angle of 3014 diode, effectively solve the point light source phenomenon in 3528 lighting applications.
6.Increasing 10% the transmittance of 2835 LED, so that 85-95% of the translucent cover can be used, which is particularly obvious on the application of the LED fluorescent lamp.
7.2835 LED can effectively replace SMD 5050 package LED in some area.
