Go beyond yourself , Challenge the limit.---Annual Team Activities in Lianhuashan Military Base

This year, we choose to hold our annual team activities in Lianhuashan Military Base. All of our employee need to experience 2 day military training. In this process, we not only have fun, but also build up willpower, which is a very precious spirit now.  

A huge willpower taught us don't give up easily. A huge willpower taught us how to face difficults when we meet challenge in our life and work. A huge willpower also taught us what we may get after a long time persistence.

Except from the military training, we also play games during this team activities. the most interesting game is to distinguish all the different between the SMD chip led that give by the host. In this part, it requirement employee must be very familiar with each SMD chip led that our company manufacture, also need to be very quick in respone!

All the employee were divided into different groups. At the same group, people are from different department. Therefore, people can get to know each other, which is good for their job in the furture.

In a word, team activities is very necessary to a company. our company takes it as a tradition to hold it every year. we will try our best to make every year become more and more meaningful!

Finally, hope the tomorrow of Doulelight LTD become better and better!
